Report a calculation or content error
Please include the page URL, the result or sentence that appears incorrect, the values used, the result you expected, and any official rule that supports the correction. Do not include a full transcript, student ID, account password, or other sensitive record.
We review reproducible arithmetic first. For school-specific policies, a public handbook, registrar page, or organization guide is more useful than a screenshot without source context.
Privacy requests
The GPA planner saves scenarios in the visitor's own browser through localStorage. GradeHorizon cannot retrieve that locally stored information. You can remove it with the planner's reset control or by clearing site data in the browser.
If you previously emailed us and want to ask about that correspondence, write from the same address and use the subject Privacy Request. We may need enough information to identify the message but will not ask for a school password or transcript.
Accessibility and technical reports
Include the page, browser, device, assistive technology if relevant, and the action you were trying to complete. A short description is usually enough. Screenshots are optional and should not contain personal grade information.
What we cannot answer
GradeHorizon cannot change an official grade, interpret a private school record on behalf of a registrar, provide admission decisions, or certify academic or athletic eligibility. Contact the organization that owns the official rule for those decisions.
